| Home Discovery Realtors is proud to offer a great benefit to our clients, The Home Selling Guarantee. If, for any reason, you decide to list with a full service real estate company, we will connect you with a full service agent in your area. Once your home sells, we will refund the (amount) flat fee listing fee or amount received from the referred listing company, whichever is less. We refund the amount to your credit card or by check within 10 days of receipt of monies from the referred listing company. To be eligible, prior to the listing cancellation, the following form must be submitted, the referred listing company must accept the typical business practice referral, you must also list with the referred full service listing company, and once sold a copy of the HUD-1 is faxed or emailed to us. This is available to properties not presently under contract. |
