$299 + $10 Processing Fee=Total $309
I agree that the Flat Fee Listing Amount of $309 is due within 15 calendar days of the Listing Agreement Date payable
to Home Discovery Realtors. I also agree that if full payment is not received within 15 calendar days of the Listing Agreement,
a late fee of $50 will be added to your account and the listing in the MLS will be terminated and sent to Legal for collection.
I also agree that I will be responsible for the legal expenses of the listing company (Home Discovery Realtors)
in the collection of the debt owed. I also agree that this agreement does not negate any commissions payable
during the listing period and are payable in full at settlement of the listed property. I also agree to legal proceedings
in the county of the Home Discovery Realtors corporate office.
